One for the Road (onefortheroad.app)

Email support@onefortheroad.app. That reaches a real person, and it is the fastest way to get anything sorted.
One for the Road is run by a very small team, so replies usually take a day or two rather than minutes. If your problem involves money — a charge you did not expect, a payment that failed, a refund — say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
Cancel any time from the Manage Subscription page in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
Stripe retries a failed payment over roughly 7 days. Nothing changes for you while that is going on.
If every retry fails, Stripe cancels the subscription — but we do not automatically move your account to the free tier, and your data is kept either way. We would rather hear from you and fix the payment than have you lose anything.
One honest caveat while we finish this work: if a subscription lapses, some paid features may stop working before we have had a chance to reach you. If that happens, email us and we will restore access while you sort the payment out. You will not lose data, and you will not be quietly downgraded.
If you subscribed within the last 14 days you are entitled to a full refund under EU consumer law, no reason needed. Email us, or cancel from Manage Subscription and ask for the refund by email.
After 14 days, refunds are handled case by case — ask, and we will be reasonable about it.
Prices shown on the pricing page include VAT. Your receipt comes from Stripe and shows the VAT separately.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Any active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion.
Two things deliberately survive, so that deleting your account does not damage other people's history: drinks you logged in a shared session become "a participant" rather than disappearing, and bars or menus you contributed stay in the shared database with your name removed. The privacy policy spells this out in full.
Email us and ask. You have the right to see what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted.
Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead — a screenshot helps more than anything. If a bar's details or an extracted menu are wrong, mention which bar, and we will fix the shared data rather than just your copy of it.
